In this class, I guide you through your meditation using essential oils with a specific focus and intention, which will both facilitate calming both your mind and clearing your energy body for a better opportunity of a peaceful moment.

Sleep Like A Baby
Sleep, or the lack thereof, seems to be, across the board, an issue for nearly every person over 45 years of age. I see clients all day long with one health issue after another, and I am certain sleep is quite often the root of their problem.
You are probably aware your body heals itself while sleeping? And, what you put into your body during the day, nutritionally, is used to heal your body while sleeping. However, are you aware there are deeper levels of sleep to achieve, deeper than just REM?
Most of us believe reaching the REM state is the goal for sleeping. Actually, that’s just the tip of the iceberg. When you experience one of the essential oil protocols for sleep, then you will find yourself reaching the Theta, Beta, and Anabolic states.
