How do I sign up for massage or bodywork class?

What is a massage class?

Where we come together as a group and I teach couples how to massage each other. You will receive instruction in the Kriya Massage techniques. I start by showing you how to massage a particular area, then you practice what I've just shown you. Be sure to look at the detailed information on this page: Couples Massage Classes

Are the massage techniques difficult?

No, not at all. Actually, they are as easy as washing your own body.

Will we be naked?

Only while under the sheets and while on the massage table.

Will others see me/us naked?

The classes are private, so the only person who will see your naked body will be your partner.

What do we wear?

It's best to wear casual clothing which you are able to move in and around comfortably. Bear in mind, we will be using massage cream that may not be fully absorbed when you put your clothes on.

Are the classes sexual?

Not at all. There will be no "hanky panky" during the workshops. Save your lovefest for the privacy of your own home.

How long do the massage classes last?

Each class is a two and a half hour experience. Remarkably, the time we spend together goes very quickly, and we cover a LOT of information.

What if we are not enjoying the class?

You are free to leave at any time. Receiving massage is one of the most vulnerable positions in which to be, so I want very much for you to feel safe. Payment for the class will still be required.

How much personal instruction will we receive?

Heaps!! The entire time we are together will be hands-on. You both will be receiving a full body massage as well as providing a full body massage.

What makes you an expert in working with couples?

I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2001 and seen a lot of bodies over the years. Studies are showing, massage therapists know more about a patient than their primary care physicians. I've addressed a variety of health and body issues - both over short-term and long-term timeframes. I feel I've surpassed that 10,000 hour mark where one becomes highly proficient in their art/work. Catch me before I retire!!
