The massage classes are privately held in my beautiful studio at Mira Mar Plaza. You will receive one-on-one instruction in the Kriya Masage techniques. We start by me showing one of you how to massage on your loved one, then you practice the massage on your loved one.
Kriya is about intention, flow, and energy.
We have fun and you then have love in the palm of your hands for the rest of your life.
The beauty of Kriya massage is it is not at all difficult. In fact, Kriya massage is about getting into a flow and having your loved one feel amazing!
Yes, you will be naked. Yet, while you are on the massage table you are covered with a sheet. While learning the techniques, you will be wearing your clothes, so dress comfortably.
I recommend wearing casual and comfortable clothing, genrally along the lines of sports wear or t-shirt and shorts or yoga pants. As well, I encourage to bring a change of clothesfor a little aprés class romance. You will want time integrate your experienc and share with one another what you enjoyed learning in the massage class.
The classes are not at all sexual. There will be no “hanky panky” during our time together. I encourage you to enjoy the “slow burn” and save your sexual energy for the privacy of your own home.
The classes are two and a half hours.
You are free to leave at any time. Receiving massage is one of the most vulnerable positions in which to be, so I want very much for you to feel safe. Payment for the class will still be required.
Our entire time together is hands on and completely interactive. You are free to ask questions and I do my very best to ensure you are learning and comfortable in doing so.
Since 2001 I have had a LOT of intimate conversations with people while on my massage table. See the word “therapist” in my title? This aspect of my work is taken seriously and very much to heart. I have extensive training in communications and coaching, as well as being highly adept at listening. My super power is navigating uncomfortable conversations. I will often pick up on the dynamics of a couples relationship by how they are with one another on and off the massage table. I will delicately coach you through shifting some of those dynamics through massage, by teaching you a form of communication that is relatable to both of you.
You have the opportunity to love, connect and grow through touch as a couple…and I really mean this from the bottom of my heart.
It is my greatest and most heartfelt passion to support you in achieving something deeper and gaining access to a level of love and intimacy for your relationship to be amazing.
My classes are not approved by the Board of Massage Therapy as a CEU provider of LMT accreditation.
Only couples. I find it best if you come to the course with your loved one or a very good friend whom you trust emphatically.
The classes are fun. They are playful. They are easy.
I truly believe you have the opportunity to tap into something a little different, yet, uniquely interesting and so very necessary for developing intimacy and a loving relationship. When you physically bring love, compassion and touch to your loved one, you make a difference in the way they feel both physically and emotionally. Kriya work is soothing, easy to learn, and almost magical.
