Many people wonder what CST feels like and whether it will be painful.  Rest assured, the touch used in this therapy is extremely light – often no more than the weight of a nickel. You shouldn’t experience any pain or discomfort during the session. Instead, most clients feel a profound sense of relaxation. Here’s what you can expect:

  1. Consultation: You’ll begin by lying fully clothed on a massage table or sitting comfortably in a chair, whichever you prefer.
  2. Gentle Touch: I’ll use a light touch to assess the rhythm of your craniosacral system, placing my hands gently on your head, sacrum, or feet.
