L'Art of Romance
How To Keep The Flame Alive
There's such an admiration for couples who glow with that loving feeling. When we see the older couple walking hand-in-hand or sitting on the park bench, we may stop and pine for that level of love, or say a little prayer that we, ourselves, may one day have the same. We spend our early years seeking the perfect relationship. Then we score! We have babies. Maybe. And then something changes. The shift from "Marital Bliss" to "what the Hell was I thinking?" often comes far too fast. Then, the next thing you know, there is a list of differences to overcome.
I invite you to my podcast about relationships and how to keep the romance alive, which I believe to be so very important. When I learn a couple has been together for many years, I don't hesitate to ask them, "What would say are the reasons you have been able to make your marriage last for so many years?" I have heard a number of interesting, funny, and thoughtful answers. Join me in order to hear how these brave couples have made it through the rough spots, what they do to keep the romance alive, and how they learned to communicate through the sh*t that drives them mad with one another. Always a great story of how they've kept the flame alive.
You may listen to each couple here on my beautiful website, or wherever you prefer to listen to your other favorite podcasts - Apple Music or Google Play, for example. Be sure to Subscribe for updates, and I would be delighted if you would Rate the podcast and leave a Review for other listeners. I am interested in your feedback!
If you know of a wonderful couple who has a juicy story, I would be delighted to interview them! The interviews are most often done over the computer on the ZOOM platform and take about 40 minutes. All they need is a computer with a camera ...and a light heart.
"I would choose five more minutes with you than a lifetime with anybody else."
